Like always the source material is much, much better. But I really like the show and I hope it keeps going.

Re: Game of Thrones Season 3
I've read all the books, all I can say is if the show continues to follow the books as close as they have for the previous seasons, then strap yourself in for some twists and turns =P The second season different from the books a bit, it kinda irked me a little but I guess you can only do so much with 10-12 episodes per season.

Re: Game of Thrones Season 3
So far George R. R. Martin has released 5 books of 7. And I think the show is trying to do about 1 book per season, except for book 3 which will be split into two seasons.

This, I think you'll find if they decide to adapt Feast and Dance to tv as well, they will probably be two seasons each as well. There is a lot of story to be told =]

The more GoT to watch, the better I say! As long as the story isn't dragging along I won't mind if they stretch it up to 13 seasons haha

I just want him to finish the last two books before he dies. He is in his 60's and there was a 5 year gap between book 4 and 5. At this pace the story will end in about 10 years.

That would suck the big high hard one if he passed away before completing the book series...mazdevilz wrote:I just want him to finish the last two books before he dies. He is in his 60's and there was a 5 year gap between book 4 and 5. At this pace the story will end in about 10 years.

winds of winter will be book 6, so there would be 1 more left.

They pulled it from online, so I guess you have to go to the store.
