Dust Defence! Empty Dust Defence!

Post  RockNRoll Tue Feb 19, 2013 3:31 am

Does anyone have any ideas that can prevent dust accumulating in my cabinet?

I was told a shot of bicarbonate and a shot of methylated spirits does te trick, does this harm the figures? Is it a good idea? Do you know if it works?

Cheers

What!? Dusting my toys is one of my fav things to do, once a month with a swiffer pad. Try it, its therapeutic.

I use Cillit Bang for my glass and I use a clean cloth for the vinyl parts of my figures. The cloth parts is clean using some sticky-tape. I wrap it around two fingers, making sure the sticky side is on the outside and then I just lightly touch the clothes to get all the dust and hairs off. It works especially well with black clothing!

I jus recently rearranged my set up too, need to take some pics to show you guys. I painted my Bed, Bath & Beyond risers a matte black.

I'm kinda surprised by the amount of dust thats able to creep in the Ikea Detolfs tho.
