Anyone notice that the purple troubleboy does not glow very well?

I received the pack trouble gid today;

I would like to apologize to Ferg. It is apparent to me, after seeing his reply and email address given, that the emails were not from him as I originally thought. I got my toys today and I really love them. Again, I am very sorry that I got confused and I thought I had emailed Ferg himself.

The email response that was received was from threezero (or someone using an email ending with @threezero.com) and that is who I was told to contact. I was under the impression it was Ferg. I am sorry again.

I also finally back from summer vacation on Monday morning I go to the post office to pick up my perp Set    
while TB N13, delivered to the porter of the building  

Anybody miss out on this drop? I went by Stranger Factory earlier and they just got some in. Let me know if you're looking these guys.

Dear Ferg...

a big compliment for those guys.
This set is so pure and fantastic that i fell in love every day and especially every night again.
I guess my girlfriend thinks i am crazy charging every evening on different flashlights and bath lamps just to get a ghosty glow...  
I love the simlicity and the wonderful color combination of this set.
I am not a fan of thousand different colorways but this is a bull's eye.

I have no idea why, but the post office kept my package at the office and never left a slip for me. Luckily, Ferg hooked me up with my tracking number and I was able to figure it out and grab it today!

Very excited to have it in hand...another great release!

So, was able to make some pics with my kitbashed GID TBs, and here my lil review











- both GID TBs look awesome. The reg one has a really nice tone when doesn't glow, a bit more greenish that the other GIDs , and the green glowing is nice too (even if I prefer the glowing of reg gids like the Jack or Nozzel).  The Perp glowing has a nice blueish tone (before receiving it I assumed it would have a purple glow, and went surprised when I put it in the dark first time^^) , but the GID power of  this is weaker than the other GID squadts.

- The lenses, clothes, weapons, hats, are top, this is great to have some clear katanas and shotgun, and these lenses work a lot with GID.

- the only not so good point which made me disapointed are the painted arms. They don't glow, sadly (same for some parts of hats).I know this was decided cause the injection PVC had some issues in the previous ones. As a GID lover and squadt fan , I would love to see some rotocasted arms in the same GID vinyl as bodies heads and helmets at one point. Like the GID munnies arms for exemple. I don't know if it's possible, but would be a good one for the next GID releases.
Talking about this, I don't remember how are the GID BUDS arms, must check

These GID TBs are a great addition to every squadt and/or GID collection , awesome release  

And a point I want to express too (and not so about these particular release but all squadt releases I've seen so far) , is that receiving a product which is exactly the same as the proto shown during pre-order, is such a great and satisfactory thing.

Nice GID pics, it is a shame that the arms don't glow as well as you mentioned. They're armless in the dark!  

Edit: if you don't mind me askin, how do you charge them so well? Any tips/advice?

haha damn it! i like the blue glow better

I think it depends on how your charging up the GID material. When I put my perp under backlight it was intense green GID. Then when I charged it in the sunlight, or with a regular lightbulb it had the blue/purple GID look.
