I had the same sort of problem . When i tried to put the hat on the stem wend into the hat . Then i tried to get it out again it fell into the hat   
So took a piece of plastic and made a new stem . And it worked   
So be carefull when trying to put the hat on !! Also the lenses are a very very tight fit !!

You guys should try heating the helmets up first before putting that hast on. Just 30 sec with the hair dryer should do the trick.

i told myself to warm it up before trying to shove it in there but i was too excited
