I've been meaning to take more pictures, the squbes are awesome in person. I could almost see that with a lot of pieces he's done. once you put that much work into something, it has to be hard to give it up.

Charge the fuck outta the toy, put your camera on a tripod and set shutter to manual, turn off lights, push the button to open the shutter let it go for around 20-30 seconds depending on how dark the room is (the darker the better), then push the button again to "close" the shutter. I'm not sure if your Canon Powershot has a manual setting, also a remote switch helps. You can pick up a nice infrared remote for around $15.
