Re: Custom question
Never tried personaly but maybe try heating the helmet with a hairdryer first and then gently press around the eye and from the inside of the helmet at the same time and they may pop out?

making your own midnight jack!!!!
bake it in the oven at 450 for 1 hour!
be sure to disable your fire alarm.

Re: Custom question
I go with Attilas suggestion
Think Ferg said something about it in one of the NKD JACK threads

The best way that I have found it to work a thin sewing pin under the edge of the plastic lens and just lever it out. If you are a little bit careful you shouldn't damage the lens at all and it should come out pretty easily.
You could warm the area with a blowdryer first if you want, which should make removal even easier as the soft vinyl will expand more than the harder ABS lenses.

Re: Custom question
I think it would be nice if the inner part of the helmet had no plastic on the part where the lenses go, so the holes would be visible from the outside and inside, then you could just pop it out from the inside out
