Hey guys,

I'm helping a start-up watch brand in Germany get started and they want to throw a public/private party throwing paint at each other and a couple massive white canvases. The idea is that people pay 2€ per balloon filled with paint and throw it at each other or the canvas while the brand takes pictures for their facebook page.

Does anyone have any suggestions for suitable paint that could be bought in bulk, is eco-friendly, watches out with water and doesn't stain skin?

Have you thought about henna? And I know of a Hindu holiday where the people throw paint at eachother, it's called Holi-Phagwa and you could probably use the same paint

I'm unaware of what brands are in Germany, but kids paint should work fine. Majority of it is very washable especially kids finger paints.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm gonna see if I can find any large quantities that are skin safe and easily washable.

Kids paint comes in big bottles and it is cheap my chick knows a recipe where you mix it with soap where it won't even stain clothes. I'll ask her and let you know.

I've used gouache before, but not exactly sure what the health risks are if people somehow swallow any, plus the price point is pretty expensive. The gallon of crayola paint seems perfect, large enough size so we can run the event for a good couple hours! This is gonna be amazing!
