Game of Thrones Season 3

I have a quick question.

If this "GOD OF LIGHT" believes that Stannis Baratheon is the TRUE KING and lets face it this "GOD OF LIGHT" is bringing people back from the dead, so you know that god in the show is legit. But, isn't Daenerys Targaryen technically suppose to be the Queen/King because her father was just murdered?

A few friends and I have an on going joke about John Snow, calling him John Bon Snowvie. So a couple episodes ago when he told Ygritte to "Take my Hand" when they were climbing the wall I about died laughing. Take my Hand were half way there, whooo ooohhh living on the wall.
