thanks all!!! ok here are some other ones.

first a close up of the TB Santa.

then a close up of the misfortune cat.

and finally a pic of when we wanted to use a Jack figure with a beard. This was one of the first pictures taken when we were putting the idea together. Ultimately we went with the TB Santa it just looks better.
