It's likely that the seller was unhappy with the selling price and decided to screw you. It's against eBay rules and I think you can get banned for it.

You did good. I didn't do that myself , i ordered a special LCD device from a company in china , it states that the item will be at my doorstep in 30 days or less or it is free. Sure enough took longer than a month to get here. I got it for free.

That good karma will help you out when you really need it! If not at least you got respect from the board. Alot of Smucks woulda kept the toy and the money and screwed over someone without batting an eye.
