Chasing Bud

So today finally scored that rare two headed perp slerp. Now to complete my must have collection all I need is what Im calling the "Big 3". Thats Black Out bud, Unnabomber, and not as rare but yet proving to be just as elusive the Series Bud Trooper1.

I know in the Wants forum we have our list of stuff that we want. But I thought we could talk about which bud you have spent the most time and energy tracking down. And those great moments when you finally see one for grabs that doesn't cost your soul.

For me its a tie between the unnabomber and Blackout. Lost out on bids on ebay, been a day late and a dollar short on KR boards...and just spent hours searing the internets. But soo far my favorite hunt was the Mechin 31.

I need a shaving accident - can't find one anywhere. Went away and checked the board and saw that one sold this weekend. I am sad.

I spent the most time and energy looking for the S2 Nade Trooper (about 3 months until onthedl clued me into signedbykozik.com, thanks bud! ). It was the first BUD that I ever saw, and the one that got me into Jamungo. Second to that was my S1 BUD Trooper which took me almost a month to find. Almost everything else I wanted I got pretty much immediately one way or another, except my Mechin31, which I spent about a week or two looking for.

I am kinda looking for a Black Che trooper, but not seriously so I don't think that it counts. Most of the other stuff on my list I could just go out and buy if I wanted to pay higher prices for.

I could use a bud trooper for a switcharoo custom.

yeah....I can't even fathom how many boxes I've opened trying to pull a Che' , Nade , Shaving Accident and the Mutt chase of S2. Thanks to the dL for linking up the advice on the Nade as well.

I hate to ruin the fun, but most of my collection, I bought. Not to many blinds, other then the grey nade and the white stripes. Paid a ton for my orange nade and pulled the chrome white stripe. As far as the white 3.75" blank set, it was all about finding the right people and paying the right price....well, I did do a trade for one. The trade was way to the other guy's advantage, but I didn't care.

My current long deflating and head banging journey is in search the 9"Orange Nade, lost a couple through late hook ups, which I appreciated but was then deflated to find they had just been sold, Had two flaky people set up deals and then drop out, so still looking.
No idea how, where or when I will even try to find the artist proof white nades and buds, maybe I just spray up a couple and pass them off...
Or go burgle the Big C... only joking you are too far away my good man..

Ferg, Beater got any of those laying around collecting dust, or any of the artist friends you gave them to, not used them and you could hook me up.

You know I'm an addict and need these fixes.

Oh anyone else can help if they know where to fing them.

Well, i don't know if we're including the ones we've never found, but yeah I spent about $400 on an army of Aluminum Buds but never got the chrome.

THose white ones are a tough one - All I need are the white bud and nade, the 3" orange nade and Mr. Chrome and I can sleep again
