That picture isn't even one of the toys, it is just a hollow unarticulated tube that a special edition 3A t-shirt came in. And the tube is not worth $150.

Before bidding on anything I would ask for clarification from the seller, because the description fits one of the toys, but the pic obviously doesn't match the description.

But my gut says... NO.

kean, its your decision, but that is not any actual articulated bertie. The item is a bertie container that was used to send out t-shirt from bambaland. I suggest if you really want a bertie container to order one from the store. The container will be black but wont be that much moeny.
