Finally tracked a candypaint fire down. I opened it and after i adjusted the head a bit, the back of it came off

I think Jorester means to use superglue.
A couple very small drops of superglue should hold it together just fine.
I recommend Locktite Gel with the control tip. It doesn't drip or run, and the control tip makes it possible to easily put a small drop right where you need it. You can get this at most grocery stores, Walmart, Home Depot, wherever.

Doesn't super glue have those fumes that create that white haziness. Like when you store the glue inside of the plastic container you buy it in, you get that thin white layer of glue from the fumes that escape the glue bottle. I have to glue the inner head together and I don't want those fumes to create that haze inside the flame.

You generally only get the white haziness if you use too much and I find the gel super-glues haze less than the liquid forms.
When I say use a drop I mean a drop about the size of the head of a straightpin. like 1-2mm diameter at most!
For the inner head, I would use 2-3 drops. One drop on each side of the neck where it meets the skull, and one at the very top of the skull.
LET IT DRY COMPLETELY FOR AT LEAST A HALF AN HOUR. If you have a fan, put it in front of the fan to carry away any fumes and make it completely dry faster. Superglue sets in an instant, but it takes a while for any excess glue to dry out.
The for the flame I would try using one drop each on either side of the collar where it wraps around the neck of the skull, and then one drop at the very top of the flame where there is a bit more surface area. You have to be very careful with the flame, because clear plastic tends to haze easier than colored, and I am not sure how FERG's paint job will deal with the superglue if you get it on the outside of the flame.

Ouch!
I know how that feels - I just received a custom Yoskay piece that had a small chipped paint area. It's fixable as well, but sucks when it's rare stuff..

All is well again. Had to perform minor surgery to have the pieces sit flush but it's all glues and looking fine.
