I got a blank BUD!

Alright...For those who haven't seen, I was the luckiest bastard ever the other day and got my hands on a blank BUD. Being an ever luckier(is that a word?) bastard, I found one of my most sought after toys for sale the same day, also for an amazing price. Figured I'd share my joy and give something away to my fellow Jamungoheads! Here are the few hints I've already posted.

I paid $30 for the blank BUD. Yes, I know...I said the luckiest bastard ever, didn't I? The piece I just got has something to do with the price I paid for the blank.
This isn't by Jamungo.
It isn't on my KR want list either...And I'm 99% sure I've never posted anything about this piece, neither here nor on the KR forums, so you're not gonna get any help from that.

First person that guesses correctly will get a free Glowflage A Bomb, and most likely some other Jamungo goodies. I'll have to dig though and see what I can find, but I know there's some good stuff somewhere...Depending on how this goes, I might have to post some more hints. We'll see. I have a feeling I know who is going to win this though...Have at it guys!

I thought the first clue would've been a dead giveaway, or at least lead you to the answer pretty quickly...You guys are smart. C'mon.
