I'll zombify this thread instead of making another.
Pressure Cooker turkey this year after a 36 hour brine! Hope its tasty!
I spend little to no time on a computer on weekends and holidays so Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow destroyers. Eat, drink, and be merry (or lazy)!

I pull it out after 12 and rinse it and then it just sits for the final 24. Making gravy takes a whole other step because if you use the drippings from the bird the gravy is salty as well.

Mine was brining all night. Turned out great. I also made green beans with caramelized onions and almonds, maple bacon brussels, and the rest of the usuals. Needless to say, I'm one with the couch now...
Why do you let the turkey sit for 24? Just to kinda let it relax?
Hope my jamungo fam has a great thanksgiving.

A belated Thanksgiving from Barcelona to my C&D peeps! Hope everyone had a great one. No turkey to be had in Madrid, so I had some McDonald's. It's as close to home as I could get.
