Well like I said, Ive never done it before. Last time I tried delivering a package it was my directv box. postage paid, and directv claimed they never recieved it, the post office didnt know shit and I ended up getting 200 bucks taken from my account. So it kind of turned me off to sending anything but a letter to someone.

If you go USPS, delivery confirmation costs about 85¢. And if you're really afraid then insurance is usually only a few bucks. C'mon - live a little.

I think you'll find it's not so bad. I've shipped at least $5,000 through usps and only ever lost one package, and that was shipped to france without insurance.
