New Member of the Squadt WIP

Hey everybody,

I'm currently working on a GID Munny but I'm a bit stuck at the moment. I've sculpted a mask and sanded it down, also added some tubing and connected them to some old iron tubes. I was thinking of making him some sort of backpack to hang the tubes on. I stilll have to pait the mask after some finer sanding, anybody got some suggestions to what paint to use Prolly gonna pait him in the FROZN colour scheme. Let me know what you guys think!

i have no suggestion on paint type since i'm not an artist, but i do like the concept....will you be reducing the length of the hoses leading to the tubes?

Not sure yet, somehow I like how the tubes 'flow' around him (didn't know how else to put it into words haha)

instead of a backpack why not have the canisters attached to the front. You could have one facing each direction and shorten the hoses or have each one twist around the body to meet up around the front. Does that make sense? And I don't know if you were planning on putting squadt eyes on him but since he's gid clear ones would be bad ass

Have no idea what you mean with the tubes haha. The squadt lenses are a VERY good idea, thought of it but didn't do it because FERG said: Don't rip my shit haha. Perhaps I should reconsider...

Oh well if ferg said no then yeah...
as far as the hoses I just meant for them to wrap around the body and meet at the front. But to have one go to the left and one to the right.

Aaah like that, is see what you mean now. And concerning FERG's 'no'; it was about someone else's project, so perhaps I could reconsider haha

interesting concept, but I would only suggest leaving the hoses that long if its going to be a diorama or some extra carriage attached to "carry" the thanks, otherwise it would be a very difficult piece to place with others.

That said, Its looking interesting, the placing of the eyes is very funny.

Going to brainstorm about that carriage idea, thanks for the suggestions!

Ok so I was bound to my parents house for the last few days and could only quickly grab a couple of things before leaving from home, this was among it. Finally gotten around to painting the facemask. That 3dot pattern is a bitch to imitate! Anybody got tips for finishing it off with a matte coating of some sort?

Still not totally happy with the tubes so still debating how to finish him haha
