From this I'd say gray body and just the helmet is white..I don't see 2 seperate colors happening for one release

No the tongueless gohst is going to be nkd (nothing comes with it but body, helmet, and kenses if im not mistaken) and released through Rotofugi. So its not exactly a squadt store/cad release but definitely not a retail. The custom builds are one-offs that ferg put together which will only be a few.
