I saw a few of these first-hand today at myplasticheart and it is proving so difficult to avoid jumping down the 3A rabbit-hole.

The 1/12 figures seem like they would be a good way to start collecting, since people are selling them for less on eBay and buying them new isn't out of the question—how do they stack up to the bigger ones?

It's a little crazy, yeah. Granted, I just paid more than that for a TB07, but I guess that's in a different category and I wanted it a lot more.

I'm interested in those rare times when good-condition 3A toys go for <$100 shipped on eBay. Decided buying new Squadts and 3A will bleed me dry.

Crazy idea that I could only think of putting up here: how viable would 1/12 Bot hands be on a Squadt? It would look pretty freaky, but if it wasn't too ridiculous I'd be willing to buy some off eBay and spray 'em.

My first 3A figure arrived yesterday (EMGY dropcloth 1.5) so I might pass. I really like the look of the star warriors but there are always bargains out there eventually. Having said that, I've read on the forums that this is the only star wars drop they will do--so if that's true I might cave. I don't know if the Star Wars license is worth the extra cost, is all.
