yeah, she was quite adamant that she wanted to drink the water I had been soaking the decals in, despite having plenty of fresh water elsewhere!

Re: cripery's 'customizing'
Try a decal setting solution. Modelers use it to put decals in difficult shapes and spaces. It sort of softens the decal and allows it to bend in ways that would otherwise make wrinkles or rips. Have also seen some DIY stuff online but have never tried that. A Google search turns up lots of info.

Amazing thread cripery! The magnets and the decal printing are both something i'll be trying in the future. Do you mind If i ask how you made the two bayonets?

Thanks man!
I didn't make the bayonets, just minor modifications really.. - The meat knife one is from another toy - I think it's the Luke chueh Black in White figure. The mini machete is just the handle from the meat knife and then the standard Squadt machete cut about half way down the blade. If you've only got the Squadt machete to hand you can snip off the hand guard thing and then chop the whole blade off, cut it in half then re-attach the top end to the handle to achieve something similar looking.
The wider handle I've used is handy though as it's quite fiddly drilling the holes for the magnets accurately anyway - never mind in something thinner.
Be sure to post some pics of anything you come up with!
