So who got their tickets today?

I just looked into this the other day. I've never been so I guess I gotta wait to try to get tickets. Is it gonna be tough to get em?

It seems like a cluster fck to me. Such a hassle for the event. Im assuming its a great show, but man does it get hard trying to get a ticket and so far in advance.

Well last year was my first time going and I was lucky to score a one day ticket. This time around I got priority registration since I went earlier this year. So you jus gotta get into the system, get lucky and you'll be fine after.

I'm excited to go! Is a one day pass gonna let me see everything or should I try to go two days?

I would recommend two days. There's too much to do and see.

Oscar it is a real pain in the ass to get tickets especially if you just want to go and did not attend the following year.

Would be awesome if you could make it DL. Make sure you create a member ID on the SDCC website.

My GF got me a 5 day. I'm in Palm Springs for a bike (bicycle) tour so she had to get me my pass. She said she got my pass at 9:06 lol.

How much are single day tickets? Looks like they should be going on sale soon.

I think it's $50-$55 a day except for Sunday which is $35 or $45.

I have a 5 day pass, which I don't think I'll be able to go Thurs-Sat.

Anyone know when nycc tickets go on sale?

Tomorrow is the big day! Anyone have any hotel recommendations? Everything I've seen online is like $200 a night.

Better hurry..lol..i looked a few month back and it was slim pickin's for that weekend for anything near the convention center and i just looked yesterday and the 3 hotels i was looking at are sold out..lol..i was either gonna take a month off and go backpacking in the mountains or go out to SDCC..looks like im most likely hitting the woods now..lol..

Just booked at the quality inn in el cajon for $185 out the door. There are a few cheaper options but this looks like one of the last decent places at that price point.

Also probably worth mentioning that I don't have tickets yet. I just didn't wanna be screwed over tomorrow if I get tickets and every hotel is booked.

Check Chula Vista or National City....found em for $89+ a night. 10 to 15 minute drive to the convention center...
