The point of this release is to promote Collect and Destroy, and yes it will be available to everyone.

The Dcon piece is grey with green bones.
This one is green with bone colored bones. They are actually quite different in hand.

Im gonna have to pass on this one.
Nothing against PIP, they do great work. I just prefer Wilkowski's castings. I know Scott is a one man operation, and theres no way he can take on a pre-order.

Ferg - just wondering if this one will feature any special packaging? Should we to expect a baggie w/ header card?

Also, MM, how do PIP's castings compare with Wilkowski's? Not really clear about why there would be a notable difference between 'em.

The photos provided make this piece look nicely polished... not clear if the color combination helps enhance the clarity of the skelly within the resin

Theres a big difference imo. Most of Scott's castings all have seams, slight imperfections that make them unique and cool I think. Im sure there's some people that feel the same. PIP does amazing work, don't get me wrong. They're just too perfect if thats possible haha. I just like how Scott's work has that real genuine hand casted look.

oh ok, just seemed higher than I remember, i thought the prior ones were 45. Looks good, thought that maybe the change to PIP made it a little more, my mistake.

I hear you. The JP vinyl ones are usually around the $45 mark.
These are resin double casts and cost a lot more to produce. They are priced the exact same as the Dcon releases.

I recall having some small doubts about ordering the Halloween Budcat - but, then, when it arrived in that fantastic screen printed box, all my concerns were erased.

And, of course, the Budcat figure was awesome. One of my favorites.

Appreciate the added effort with the packaging. Your attention to these kinds of things is awesome.

And I'm optimistic about PIP's casting of these... while I also like the rough-hewn appearance of previous resin figures I think the polished look lends itself better to the Young Gohst casting... a nice complement to the army of releases before this one...

I have always been attracted to Gohst for a while but never ended up getting one, but this one is just impossible to pass up. Great job.

Funny...here i was looking around for a Wilkowski resin piece the last few days and waddaya know BAM !! this guy gets dropped ..gonna be so sick Hurry Up Monday!!.. ..and am i right in thinking these guys are standard YG size??

For those wondering about the PiP vs Scott casts, the PiP are amazing! I lived vicariously through another boardie on the Dcon ones. Even my gf who had no prior knowledge of the differences was blown away at how good the Dcon ones were.

Scott told me that he was going to cast the first wave of Dcon YG's. Don't know if he ended up casting them or not.
Again, I know the casting on these are going to be top notch. I just prefer Wilkowski's castings, but thats just me.
