Re: ASSEMBLY 20
We're working on getting everything set up for lottery but it may not be until evening (here) when we send out the emails, sorry. Just a lot of prep left to do.
When we do send out emails, it will be in waves...first group will probably be 10 people, and we'll see how it goes from there, until all figures are sold.
Each group will get 24 hours (or until everyone from the group has placed an order)....
Once all the figures are sold we'll send out one last blast, offering up all remaining accessories and stuff to the lottery entrants before the general public.
NOTE: There are some "In Store Exclusive" items. They'll remain exclusive to in store (must be purchased in person) until the end of the popup shop on May 1. If any remain then, I'll figure out something to offer them first to CAD members.
Thanks for your patience!

Re: ASSEMBLY 20
Just wanna say it was great meeting a lot of you CADers for the first time in Chicago (gregm, cripery, canklebreaker, elpayasoloco, mazdevilz, gatiio, just off the top of my head). Made my trip from LA a much better experience. It's good to know that if I froze to death in line that my number would've gone to some good peeps.
The exhibit was amazing and it was cool finally getting to visit the legendary Rotofugi. I always regretted not attending the first Assembly. Kirby and everyone else (wish I could praise them by name) working the show that night were the best, even in the face of some (likely) stressful setbacks. Truly great, friendly people all around.
Oh, and props to Ferg of course for what must have been a ton of work in the making.
Best of luck to everyone waiting for the lottery.

Re: ASSEMBLY 20
It's 11pm Chicago time. Not sure if Kirby will be able to get it all set up tonight or not.
I can't wait around. I have a long day of work and driving to my hometown tomorrow for a funeral.
Good night and good luck everyone!

Re: ASSEMBLY 20
I'm working on getting the website ready still and should have it done tonight, but I hate the thought that there are folks not sleeping (or sleeping lightly) because of me....so I'm making this the official call:
The first wave of lottery winner emails will go out TOMORROW, Tuesday, April 5 at 5pm Central Time.
I underestimated both the amount of people that would be in yesterday to build figures (which kept me busy the entire day instead of working on the website) and the amount of time it'd take to get the website setup properly and count the remaining inventory so that quantities will be accurate.
SO...
Wave 1 Winners will be notified Tuesday at 5pm.
Wave 2 Winners will be Wednesday at 5pm.
Wave 3 Winners will be Thursday at 5pm.
And finally, we'll open it up to all lottery entrants on Friday at 5pm.
The online Squadt Assembly is a password protected section of our online store and if you're chosen (we use a random number generator draw) you'll get the password via email either Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, depending on luck of the draw.
Sorry to keep you waiting.
