My own little bit of Halloween Spirit

Since there were no Halloween edition BUDs this year (stupid Squadts ), I had to go and make one of my own.

if you are ever ready to sell it, I call dibs. Good job.

The pumpkin and body are several layers of oil enamels. Testors Oil enamels to be precise, they have a very durable surface when fully dry and very vibrant colors.
For both the body and the pumpkin I layered several thin layers of color over each other so that you would get a somewhat inconsistent texture/coloring more consistent with actual pumpkins or plant materials. The pumpkin uses orange, light tan, black and metallic copper paints, the body uses black, tan, brown and metallic coppper.

Looks Great Whacko, The vine was a nice touch, does it go up the back of the pumpkin?

the vine reminds me of the snake form the og yoda star wars fig.

Not it just goes into the shoulder. I wanted to keep the toy with moveable joints, and had the vine gone around the back the arm wouldn't have been able to move, and the head couldn't be turned.
