Buying more than 1 limits how many other people are able to pick one up. They'd still sell out just as quick, but 100 people would have 1 instead of 50 people with 2.

Making sales 1 per customer would probably only make the toys sell out 10 seconds later than they would have otherwise. If you hadn't hit the "Buy" button by 12:00:01 pm you still probably would have missed out.

don't get me wrong, I agree with with this.
I'm just saying that even if this were so, they would still sell out super quick.

The interesting thing about this argument about this Squadt is that there is going to be a RETAIL version! Granted, it won't have all of the accessories but you'll still have the cool figure. That's an improvement over not having that option.
