Yeah, I don't really get it. I love Apple products (I have 3 iPods, iPhone, Mac etc.) but I don't really understand the usefulness of this product. I guess it's good for a reader, but what other point is there? Might as well just get an iPhone.

Books are cheaper. I have an iphone and a mac can't see spending money on anything else but JAMUNGO & PLAYGE!

I have used both Macs & PCs for a long time, and recently the Windows world has become a lot more interesting and exciting than anything Apple has done since the iPhone came out. If you haven't given it a try I would highly suggest running an install of Windows 7 on one of your machines. It is 100% in all honesty the best OS I have ever used. And if you want to see a product like the iPad.. but you know, useful check out Microsoft's offering which should be out next year.

It is a dual screen tablet that folds like a book. Includes a 5MP digital camera and supports both pen input & multitouch. Allegedly it can be used as sketchbook/journal (or multiple ones, for instance one for each project), and connects to the internet. It can be folded in half and used like a netbook with soft keyboard or urls and such can be written in with a stylus. The "hinge" acts like a clip board where you can throw content to move it between projects and because it folds the screens are well protected when not in use. The actual device is expected to be about 5"x7" when closed.

I am a graphic designer and I use multiple note/sketch books for each of the projects I am involved in. Having them all in one device, with the ability to share them among multiple devices while still being able to check my email and order stuff online would be greatly helpful to me.

Spreadsheets are for software engineers and accountants.

If I could make this image larger I would.
