Does anyone remember where Riddlped lives? That guy got some shit for flipping things before he abandoned ship. His auctions always used that same flame graphic and black/red font combo. I want to say he was in North Carolina, if that narrows shit down for you Kirby. I had someone who was going to try to get me one in person and I haven't heard news yet, so I'll be bummed. Wow....I'm so gratful that someone reached out to me and scored one at the show. This kid rippled has no shame nor true love of an artists' work. As my british mates would say, "wat a bloody wanka'". BP and his wife are so outspoken about flippers they'll prob send someone to his house.

We based the decision on order number, which is assigned when you start your order. The cart was overwhelmed so it was taking a long time for the checkout process, and things like the Paypal servers which can be slow to respond when sent multiple requests at once.

If there was something to sort out, we would. We've done pretty much everything we can (faster dedicated server, more expensive hosting, shorting stock in anticipation of potential oversells) but it's obviously not enough.

In hindsight we should have done an email lottery, but I can't go back and change something that's already done. I can only apologize for what was obviously a mistake (attempting an straight up online sale at all) and not do it again.

Apeboy, and everyone else who had cancelled orders, I'm sorry.

kirby, you are truly a class act. i placed an online order just in case something got fucked with my in person order (onthedl fkn rulez!!!), and you emailed to tell me you were going to cancel. even though i was over the limit and you prob could have cancelled both, you handled it like a gentleman, and i was more than happy with the refund. i even have a missed call from a chi-town number that im assuming was you or someone on your staff. now thats what i call customer service! we all knew this was going to be one of the craziest releases to date, so anyone that felt duped, just know that this guy did the best he could in accommodating everyone. thanks again ferg x roto x kirby and everyone who posted pictures of the event. and big ups to ONTHEDL for hookin a bro up big time!!
