Dok A's customs are so bad ass! I'd love one of his customs pieces to display. They generally run 400-600 if im not mistaken.

There used to be one on ebay for $500 - $600 if I'm not mistaken. I'm really not sure how much they're worth in reality. It does look really nice - and has a great smell!

I like it - it's that good metallic smell and it has a rough feel and heavier weight than the other Koibito colors. Munky King mentioned that the bronze would patina over time. So far, mine hasn't changed too much.
I think the smoke gray is my favorite of the releases. Looking forward to the Screaming for the Sunrise dragon.

wow that Dok a custom makes me want to send him my bronze...I'm sure he could do the same kind of custom on another color of the koibito maybe he can just apint it bronze himself...it does kinda suck to give up the most expensive version to use for a custom...Even one as sick as that...

I believe that's just a reg colorway painted. No one would really alter the bronze. Ya know?

I know it sounds horrible, but pee (yes, urinate) on it outside. It'll definitely become verdigris a lot quicker.

Re: Motorbot x Koibito :::
If you want the bronze to darken, expose it to Ammonia fumes.
DON'T put ammonia on it, but put it some place where it will come into contact with the fumes. For example you could put the toy on a small platform (not wood or anything porous) inside of an aluminum roasting pan and then pour a small amount (less than half a centimeter) of liquid into the pan. This process works better if you can enclose the toy with the fumes but after a few minutes or hours the bronze should start to darken. Check it often and once it is the color you want thoroughly rinse the toy with cool water.
If you don't like the effect you can more or less undo it using lemon juice. It may not return exactly to the original surface though.

So, my wife just came home and caught my pissing on my Koibito...
She now knows I've lost it...
Kidding, of course
Thanks for the ideas, though!
