as far as bucats...they may be retired. ..for a while at least. Very Happy

affraid I think I am going to spontaneously combust *poof* *dies*
Dayu-uuuum Ferg, when I read that the budcats may be retired I was so paranoid in shock that I just assumed it was forever; almost went into cardiac arrest, only to be resuscitated by your last words, "for a while at least" *phew*

FUCKING SWEET. Hopefully they stay standing up, though. That resin head on an ABS body might get a little top heavy, no?

I worry that standing them up for long periods of time might actually deform the feet and cause them to fall over. That is what happens with the 9" CrappyCats. The heads on these figures is so large and heavy that the feet end up bending causing the figure to lean forward and eventually fall over. I have had to fix all of my 9" CCs at least once because of this problem. (they are still awesome tho!)

Hopefully BUD feet are more robust since they are a bit stockier than the CCs, but they are still soft rotocast vinyl so they are susceptible to pressure deformation over time.

its going to be a 3.75" so the feet are injection ABS. ABS is rigid and doesn't deform with time or heat (unless its REALLY high heat)

we will do tests... we shouldn't have any problems.

Ahh, for some reason I was thinking it was a 9" BUD...
Yeah a 3.75"er should be fine, since the head won't be that heavy to begin with since it will be smaller.
