I emailed him as well telling him his listing were all messed up. Since most already had bids he couldn't change them or the pictures to reflect the squadts that he was listing.

That sucks to hear. I wish collectors would get their shit straight and know what products they are selling.

That was one of the main reasons I did not bid so high. I wasnt sure if he knew what he was selling. Rolling Eyes

File a claim with Ebay/Paypal and try to get your money back before time runs out. I think you have 45 days. With the other Squadt in a foreign country that is the only way this will probably end well. Better luck next time, though.

File it because you can always ubclaim it for him saying he resolved the issue.
