If this is regarding a purchase that hasn't gone exactly as planned try contacting the seller via PayPal, or file a PayPal dispute. That will get this person's attention.

No no, I just want to ask the seller if he/she can ship to Sweden.
As it is right now I can't bid on the sellers items

This is funny. I purchased from him in the past, and he performed well. But he blocked me when I left him positive feedback that included a complaint about the feedback that he leaves for others. Consistently, feedback he leaves is nothing more than advertising for himself, having little to do with the buyer. I thought someone should tell him that's douchy, and I did it politely, but he must have gotten pissed. oh well too bad.
