OK...so, thought I'd share with everyone (since I'm fairly new to this forum and the world of Squadt in general). I received my NKD Jack today...very excited...went to put on the shirt from QPMNT Pac 2 and ended up snapping Jack's head off. Yep...had it less than 15 minutes out of the box. DAMMIT. Anyhow, I have repaired him and he seems to be doing fine...but wanted to share...be VERY careful when manipulating his head to remove/put on garments. And before anyone else says it....AWWWWWWWWWWW SNAP. Sad Sad

The head is meant to be able to pop off - how else would you get T-shirts on them? Unless you meant that you broke the 'neck' piece that the head sits on ...

Yes...the neck snapped off. I guess I should have heated it with a hairdryer first. Evil or Very Mad

I can get you fixed up. but next time please heat the piece with a hairdryer before you try to remove the head. cyclops
