It doesn't matter. Just fill in as much as you can in one box and go to the next. They've dealt with US collectors before, they are not unfamiliar with zip codes or postal codes. You'll be fine!

It's a Saturday release. It will be 5pm for you.

Once the sale goes live a form button with appear; click it, fill it out as fast as you can and hit submit. If you're in, you will receive an email from Eno at Tomenosuke requesting payment.

***Note: this is the procedure I've experienced every time when dealing with them. I doubt it will be different this round, but you never know. You're all pros at this, though; I'm sure it isn't anything you can't handle.
