What else do you collect?
So I searched and see that we have asked what other toys we collect, but not what other items we might collect.
I am sure some people just collect one thing very well, lol - but, others must collect more than just toys...so let's hear it, what else do you collect?
Since I started the topic:
aside from Squadts...
I also collect leather jackets

I collect prints and pins, well more like buttons, but yeah. have a couple of ziplocks full of buttons and too many expensive archival paper rectangles.

I searched your posts and found a few pics, very cool indeed - if you decide to do an updated series of photos then you should do a dedicated thread, would be cool to see them all displayed in situ.

Did you pick up the Avengers sets? I should have picked them up at Wal-Mart before the movie came out.

Weta stuff is dope, but statues take up way too much real estate...
Do you collect the Toynami line of Futurama or the older stuff?

Re: What else do you collect?
Interesting stuff- I collect way too many things
Really just got the vinyl toys down to Squadts these days- nothing much else in fairness that sparks my interest in the art toy field these days. Really thinned out my collection with just a handful of 'classic' pieces left- Helper/ Turtle Camper/ Mars-1 Sphere & Invisible Plan/ King Ken/ TravelA
Have had an on/off thing with Lego over the years- started with the Star Wars At-At that came out nealy 10 years ago now. Really can't help myself- no matter what crap Lucas churns out under the Star Wars banner these days, still have such a foundness for the Original Trilogy- was just such a huge part of my childhood. The Lego sets, and figures just really appeal to me (and loads of fun to photograph too )
Also dig the Lego Superheros line, yeah the Tumbler kicks ass! Also have a custom Blade Runner Spinner that would have to be one of my favourite toys-

Also like Kubricks as well, love my 400% Alien figure- and the box its comes in homaging the old toy box that was released when the first toy was released in 1979 is so great.

Aside from toys have a huge music collection- mostly CDs. Always frustrates me these days when some albums don't have a physical version available- downloads are ok, but I like to have something to hold in my hands. Always really liked elaborate packaging, and Japanese releases that often have a bonus track to the western release. Have a large DVD collection too, now moved over to Blu-Ray- so having to buy the same old films all over again! (& this is coming form someone with a Laser Disc player - the blood red Evil Dead II laserdisc is truly something to behold )
