Dipping your toys?
Anybody use plasti dip? I was thinking if using it on my car, but I thought how well it would this work on vinyl toys because it comes off so easy.

I love plasti-dip, but it really only works well if you have the right technique. If your car has factory/great quality paint, plasti-dip shouldnt be a problem. But if you touched up your car with some of that crap paint and filler from autozone/pep boys, plasti-dip will rip that right off after you peel it...trust me, i know
For toys, i'd try it on something super inexpensive

I was thinking plasti-dip because I don't have time to learn how to paint correctly lol.dan-knee rock wrote:I love plasti-dip, but it really only works well if you have the right technique. From videos of plasti dip it looks like it comes off easily. I don't know how thick it is, but I could go light on it.itsa_mia wrote:ive never used the stuff but wont it apply super thick?

I just remembered that Goo gone eats away plasti dip. Your best bet is to try it on a squadt hand and see what happens. I would do like 3 super light coats. If there is going to be something rubbing against it that isn't cloth, it could start peeling the plasti dip away.
Plasti dip on certain surfaces is super difficult to peel off.
