Good question...Mr. Peters would have to answer that one, but it may relate back to the original backstory of how these little dudes ain't from here(earth) and the skull helmet hides their species, and that maybe why the terror boys have bigger eyes because of their mutation. I really don't know just speculating here, but it sounds fun. Haha.
