Can't create a new topic in 'Art & Artists' ? Empty Can't create a new topic in 'Art & Artists' ?

I'm not doing anything different than any other time I've created a new topic... But everytime I click send it just refreshes/stays on the creation page.

What am I doing wrong?

Figured it out. It's the length of the topic title. The error message didn't show on my phone when I was tying to post, but shows on the computer. It states the title must be between 10-25 characters.
