I understand pins are likely easier to produce and all the hotness these days, but they're not my cup of tea and I miss the figs. Setting up everything with a new manufacturer is probably time-consuming, and ensuring quality is probably one or Ferg's top priorities. Fortunately, Squadts and Young Gohsts are all I collect, so my wallet has gotten a bit of a break.

And i can understand that it takes a lot of time to get it going again with a new compony!

It is worrying. But Ferg's open letter did say they were hopeful for a summer 2017 launch, so we'll have to wait til then at the very least, and probably longer.

You have to understand that he's moving from a very well established toy producer to a completely new company and starting from scratch. Do you have any idea how long we saw teasers for squadts before they finally came out? I think it was in the neighborhood of 5 years. This shit doesn't happen overnight.

Five years?! When was Squadt started? The earliest post from this 'Project Squadt' was from 2008, but it was in production by then; when did it start? Could you please point me to the right direction for finding the history of Squadt? I mean this is kinda awesome

20"ers were definitely 5+ years in the making. 6" I don't think were quite as long but definitely still YEARS. Same with the .50s.

I'm guessing there's no updates because there's not much to update on. Summer is the target... Everybody just calm down.

Just for Ferg to pop in and say hi would be reassuring, especially for those of us that missed every release and are new to Squadt.

Yes OntheDL is right when he says it takes time and that we have to be patient. But I am with the guys saying that it would be cool to get a head up, even it there is nothing special to say, just "I am here, working on the project", showing that he cares about the guys supporting him. We are all awaiting here because we love squadts and Ferg's work (personnaly they are the only toys I still collect), and many are new to it. So even with no releases scheduled, making people here feeling that the thing is alive would be great.
Still thinking Squadts are the best toys out there, so I strongly wish that they are not dead.
