I live near Boston and if the Red Sox were in it I would want them to lose only because last time they won there were riots in the street and lots of property damage.

People are fucking stupid.. sure lets celebrate the winning of a sports team that that "represents our state" even though none of the player are from our state. Oh yeah.. and while we are celebrating lets bust up some people's cars and shit, because I am sure they won't mind.. the Red Sox won!

I fucking HATE professional sports. Grown men getting over-paid to play games that little kids play for free. I know there is a lot of money it the business, what with sponsorships, tickets sales, merchandise, etc but still as a country we waste too much fucking time on this shit. People care more about the players on their local sports team than the do the qualifications of the people teaching their kids.
