It looks like IDW asked 3A "hey, how do you sell this shit?", to which 3A responded "try to do it in the hardest most difficult manner for your fans.

For the 2 hours that the sale was up I must have sent about 4 emails to them and they responded to none of them. same error over and over "Gateway Error" WTF is that? Figured it must have to do with my card and tried a different one, same thing. I was livid.

ThreeA is growing company and i bet there's no such thing as limited or whatever they call it (look at mongrol 1/12, it's still available in bamba). Same as hot toys, a few years ago i believe their product is limited and exclusive but now i call their product is massive products and they even re-issue or re launch their products
And when it comes to a label "EXCLUSIVE" i would say that it will appear in ebay and up to us what we're going to respond about that.

You are correct in that ThreeA is a growing company. They have only been around for four years. You are incorrect about the limited nature of thier toys. None have ever been produced in more than 500 or so (although that information has never been released). The 1/12th Mongrol you see on Bambaland now is a "Resident" sale and is about as umlimited as the toys get.

Same as hot toys, a few years ago i believe their product is limited and exclusive but now i call their product is massive products and they even re-issue or re launch their products Razz

I don't know how long you have been collecting but anything limited has always been sought after by flippers for the quick buck. If collectors didn't buy from these people the practice of scoping out sites like this and ThreeA wouldn't last. As long as product is made with more people wanting it than numbers manufactured flipping will continue.

Like I said they make variants. After the total cluster fuck perpetrated by IDW at least Ash is trying to make it so fans that wanted the figure might get one. Last year IDW gave plenty of notice. This year they tossed that strategy out the window. Here is my philosophy: If you want it , buy it. If not pass it by. No one is making you like or buy 3A stuff. I have plenty of complaints about how things are done and I have been around since the very first figure. Believe me when I say that the frustration over details may very well drive me away next year. Move on. It's not worth the energy.

I'm still new in threeA world, last year start collecting.
Sometimes i hate when they use emo sale but like you said it's not worth the energy so i dont really care whether i get the exclusive or not.

the queeny box i got was labeled 1400's. Im pretty sure theyre making a ton of figures these days.

I do agree, IDW screwed the pooch bc they prolly didnt want to have the site crash and pay a lot of money in bandwith excess.

Needless to say, all these sales and exclusives and what-not have really made me decide that im collecting WWRp and zombs and thats the extent that I will go.

Totem is gonna take too long to amount to anything and my patience with this company has run dry.

The only thing going for themselves is that some of their toys are still fun. tons of repetition, but some fun. we'll see.

Im getting fed up with the mods at 3A. Ive been called names and asked on PM to stop participating in a discussion, simply because I will not praise 3A. I never said anything bad or dissed them or anything, apparently I can't defend my opinion and address how others are being rude to me. Some dude called my opinion crap and stupid, but out of that I get scolded for having a better argument.
