They can't change stuff for legal reasons. Once a transaction is complete, it is a legally binding agreement. Paypal isn't one of the parties in the agreement, they are just the middle man so they aren't allowed to change stuff.

If your Paypal needs a phone number, PM or email Ferg with your Paypal addy, name and phone number. He has been pretty flexible about helping people out in the past. Smile
