He's just been way to involved, he gets a woody for all these has-been (Dieon) or Lazy (Haynesworth) free agents. I think he's chilling out a bit and letting Shanny do his thing...hopefully. We're going to be awful for the foreseeable future b/c of his dumb ass deals. At least we may have shot at Luck

a franchise qb can definately turn that organization around
plus Shanny loves the running game which will take the pressure off any new qb
how good is the Skin's stable of rb's?
