I'm sure Roto will announce details as they become available. My guess would be that the release would be done all at once. I'm sure they'll have other releases and signings throughout the Con, and adding that frenzy to all 4 days would be a big distraction. Plus, if there were to be a signing for this release, that would only work if everyone that bought one was able to get it signed at the time of the release.

Just my two cents.
