This might be a cheesy idea.. but any thoughts into making a Misfortune cat lamp ala Buddha Buddha Lights? I have one of these and they are actually pretty cool. Nice mellow glow. I could totally see this working for the White MFC (or maybe for one that is made out of the GID plastic).

The Buddha light is like 8" tall made out of an ivory-ish resin. It has a plastic plate on the bottom where the plug goes in and which holds one of those little nightlight bulbs.

If you can't make lamps like these I may just have to buy an extra MFC and make one of my own
