mini custom to dust the cobwebs off

the camera made the scissors at the top of his head look pixilated. It's actually not. Dont know if anyone on here likes this platform or not but it seemed like the right one to use for the character. Working on a dunny next.

I like it. Is this an original character? Reminds me of something from the NES days.

Pixilated would have been awesome... With Kidrobots ties to Capcom I really wish they would do a Mega Man blind box series.
