It is frustrating though, you miss a drop you wanted so badly so you give in and pay the premium for whatever. Also meant to mention theres a treats playge doc up now for $225 buyout...least there was last I looked.

Sounds like the community needs a Designer Toy Co-Op. Every member throws in some money to found it. Each member signs up on a list to predetermine if they want to buy a toy before the release and then the new co-op store buys in quantity to get a discount. When the item is recieved the member just pay for the item and postage no having to wait for the release... or something like that.

The age old problem. The fact is that there is nothing much we can do about it. Its infuriating, but it will continue to happen. The internet allows for that degree of anonymity. Our best option is to be on top of things and try to score when we can.

Lets not forget that sometimes the people that can mule for us are going after the same piece or the events themselves are limited and you just strike out. You want a piece, pay the premium, thats just how it is. If there is a market, you bet your money there will be someone to profit out of it.

Most of my PK collection has been bought through flippers (sadly) but two items that I own in it have been scored through the generosity of someone in this community and for whom I have nothing but respect and admiration. It is those two pieces that make me the happiest and I enjoy most out of all of my PK toys, the story in them.

And as I've said a hundred times: If you are complaining about the money in a hobby such as this, I say you should reconsider your hobby.

You sleep, you lose.

Also, props to Ferg for being on this ball harder than I've ever seen, you want someone to do something about this flipping shit, dont complain to Ferg, the man does more than anyone.
