So once again El Padrino (dunnymoney), you call me out in open forum, on a matter which was again private without presenting the facts of why this trade went sour.
So here goes for those interested:
The trade was for 2 new chrome squbes from Miami KR store, (a hook up I made you aware, after another boardie let me know of, but was unable to act on as no mail order was available).
You had previously made me feel bad after your outburst about my private eBay listing.
You happily took my $400 for the blue Kuhn and skllbud set, if you recall, yet when circumstances dictated I needed funds, I cannot dispose of my goods as I wish? Dual standards here may be? You can sell at any price you wish, but not others.
I then PM’d you about putting this right, you indicated you needed to nozzle to keep your set complete and I agreed to trade for the above.
A third party was then introduced into this transaction by yourself who sent the squbes direct. So you have never seen what was sent to me or waited to see their condition and reason for my displeasure.
Upon opening these, they were both scuffed in areas, and in a couple of places through the chrome in places and it was obvious they had been handled quite a lot. They were not of a condition acceptable to me. I don’t think anyone would continue with a trade where goods did not meet expectation.
I emailed you and indicated how upset I was, and could not continue with this transaction.
I provided several options, one was to pay the full price of items, shipping etc and then I would move them on after disclosing defects.
You in your brash NY manner started telling me how I should act, and how much I should charge you for cash transaction…. NO One tells me what to do.
I therefore re packaged the goods, enclosed the full shipping costs in cash, paid to get these to me and shipped back at my cost the items, with a signature service.
A total loss to me of over $60.00, besides all the unpleasantness which has gone on.
These were shipped on 19 June 2009.
You then decide to insult me by e-mail and by your post in complete sets of Squadt and now here.
You are correct in your appraisal of yourself you are a greedy Pig, who already has 2 sets and with my Nozzel potentially another on its way.
So if this is the type of actions members see as Forum member love rock on.
You have posted to give these squbes away, when you have neither the goods to pass on or had the opportunity to see whether my conclusions are correct, so you could have requested a refund from your third party? Why is this?
Instead you spout off, try to massage you ego, so people think you are a good guy when in fact from my side of the monitor it is you who are a douche Bag.
A vinyl vampire praying on my goodwill, who foolishly thought he genuinely, was helping someone who had missed out on the Nozzel release.
Well I can assure you it is hopefully going to someone who is genuine in their need for this item
If members wish to side with you, being a home boy, so be it, but the facts are contained above and the reasons behind the failure of this trade are not as clear cut as you would imply.
