Kava - questions

Have any of you tried Kava? I've done the research, but I'd love to get some real life stories and opinions about it. thanks.

Well, no.

It's a plant. The root, when properly done, is suppose to have an intoxicating effect, but is much safer then alcohol or drugs. It is said to have medical uses for various things, some being: insomnia, depression, anxiety, and back pain. I suffer, at times, from all of the above, so I would love to give it a shot. I was hoping for some people to give me some personal experiences they've had.

I took some kava kava extract in capsules a few years ago to help with some of the symptoms you mentioned. I was in such a bad state at that point though, that I was taking lots of things to help me. I honestly can't say that I noticed any benefits from it, I think time helped me more than anything else.

Never take a supplement without consulting your doctor. Some of that herbal/homeopathic shit can straight fuck you up.

no health insurance....so that's a NO CAN DO.

Then I wouldn't do it. But that's just me.

ever thought about acupuncture? that could help with all those things, as well.
and probably not all that expensive, either...

I've done it before. They want you to start out at 3 or 4 times per week, for about a month then slowly ween you down to once or twice a month. At around $50 a pop, not in my cards any time soon. It did do something, but wasn't significant.

I've tried kava before but didn't notice much of an effect. Valerian root however made my dreams vividly colorful. I don't know if you are a drinker or not but cutting that out of your diet can help.

I think has a solution;
decree completely of drinking;
and smokes of the mary jane!!! is a medicinal plant !!!
and of course, continuous Bought jamungos release.
