I just checked the pieces available and I see more red dots have appeared... WTF is this??? It feels like Stranger Factory's sick joke to make it seem like we have a chance to score something and then last minute nothing will be available. I'm just venting because the piece I wanted just sold and there is nothing I can do... this so frustrating.

I know... it's all good, I vented... I'm ok now. I wish I could pick more choices but I'm CAD all the way. Don't get me wrong Brandt Peters is cool but other than trouble boys I just don't collect his stuff.

The edition of 66 is the playge doctor skelve, with 45 pieces available tomorrow. People who came to opening on friday had option to purchase any pieces they wanted on the spot. So all the red dots were pieces sold then. As for seeing them pop up throughout the day, as they made the preview they marked items that were sold then. As of now any pieces without red dots will be available for purchase via email at 3 PM EST time tomorrow.

For those of you that have never attempted to purchase during a CP event, you should be forewarned that they receive massive amounts of e-mails from the get go. That being said don't be surprised if you get skunked by any or all of your requests. This has happened to pretty much everyone that regularly posts on Circus Posterus. Brandt and Kathie run a meticulous operation and try to ensure that the work sold through Stranger Factory is going to legitimate collectors. I'm sure some of you have recently read about board members being outed for flipping items. So - if your only intention is to try and resale something, please don't bother even sending in an e-mail for the show. They are extremely fair, and like was posted earlier, if you truly want something, then you have to fly to New Mexico for the opening.

I'm not worried, I would be very surprised if a CAD member, decided to become a career flipper.... we don't roll that way.

I was hoping there would be more Ferg art or another squadt poster or some older silkscreens available.

I was at the rotofugi show and didn't grab any of the one offs but I wish I had. Suprised all the Squadts aren't sold. If any members of C and D get them I would be surprised. Lots of die hard collectors over on the CP board.

Good luck on the purchases everybody! I'm gonna miss out on the fun with client meetings...ah well. Honestly, I'm saving my funds for the Ferg Frog releases and such. Question, are the regular releases held in the same format? Never done one before...curious as to if they are as insane?

What is this saying? That if we never attempted to buy from the shows in the past, than they wont honor our request? even if we get it in fast, and its one of the first emails they receive? They fill orders of names that they are familiar with?
