This is insane...it is hard to believe that shit like this goes down...I am still tripping out on the part where after the attacker had even been shot he continued to chow down on dudes face...where did the similar cases take place?

All in miami, from a byproduct of fake mdma capsules being sold as "bath salts". The chief of police made a statement saying the attacker was shot once, growled at the officer, and resumed lunching before he got shot 4 more times and finally died. The victim has no eyeballs, nose, cheeks, and the attacker literally swallowed these chunks of flesh in front of cops. This happened on the side of the highway I take to get to kidrobot miami at least once a week @_@
